Lacto-Fiber

The very first time i took Lacto-Fiber is right before my wedding. So you see, you got to look good during your wedding day and so i have tried a couple of other brands, just to stay in shape without going on any intensive DIET :P, then i tried Lacto-Fiber. I like the taste, co'z it doesn't taste like GRASS! and it taste just like mild-lemon + vegetable juice ( minus the green-green smell)
